It is not her wish at all to have this go on and on, but to be treated with some kind of decency to allow a position she can thrive in and have good experience and remain in ALORICA company. There was first issue when she was dismissed when the company couldn't get her in VPN and told to just wait on new class without knowing exact start date. Nicolette spent 5 hours of that day fixing her own issue as tech support and management was not able and when getting on that same day was told log off so she could go to another class. Management had to be contacted to allow her back in class.
