In response to Tammy Peterson's review, I would like to clarify a few things. We do appreciate your business, and are sorry that you feel we didn't service your needs. The bedroom furniture that was ordered in for you was shipped by the manufacturer in record time. The trucking company that brings most of our furniture to our store is not owned by us, so unfortunately, we can't dictate when they deliver shipments to us.

So we tore down the beds and stacked the frames and mattresses on one wall. We asked if they might consider taking them, since this was now a problem for us. Rebecca, the owner told us that Kelly's would not take them, even if we paid for them. She told us that Kelly's was not responsible for the trucking company which they had hired and she felt Kelly's had done everything they could to provide great service. I explained that there was a misunderstanding, and now I had to spend one or possibly two days fixing it.
